You may wonder how uncivilized soldiers can be in foreign countries... However soldiers represent the population of their native countries: culture, mental health or legal system... That's why I think that no other citizen of a country behaved in a more elevated way at war than the armed forces...

Actually I have got lots of experience in this area...
