All of our other palaces are nothing but homes: no politics, no business and no science... It doesn't matter because there are politics and business and science elsewhere... I think that the Empire State Building could be useful, as an exception among our palaces...
What does the USA need now?
I think that the USA needs the equality of rights of homosexuals at the moment for its further development... These rights could be expressed by a building, as well... So within the scope of NWBT the Empire State Building could offer prestigious apartments for gay people...
Why?
I have the experience that as long as you solve the problems of your life you also work a lot and you change the world in a constructive way...
